Your to-do list, looked after.
Flagship is a to-do list for your Mac where every task gets a helper. It does the legwork, keeps notes and checks in when a decision is yours.
Free to use, with 14 days of Pro to try. Needs macOS 26 and Claude Code.
Write it down. Then let it go.
You don't have to remember where you left anything. Each task carries its own notes and its own next steps, so picking it up again takes a glance.
-
Jot it down
Add a task the way you'd say it: "find a plumber for the kitchen sink" or "prep for Thursday's review".
-
Its helper gets going
The task's helper researches, compares, drafts and writes down what it found and what comes next.
-
You make the calls
When it needs you, the question comes with the answers laid out. One click, and it carries on.
Questions arrive with the answers ready.
Open a task and you'll find a short summary, what's been done and the next steps. Steps are a click away, and decisions come as choices, not homework.
- Tick a step and the helper takes it from there
- Steps wait their turn until the one before is done
- Talk to the helper on the task's page whenever you like
Mornings start sorted.
An assistant looks after the list as a whole. Ask it to triage, reshuffle or hand work to a task's helper, or give it a routine and it shows up on its own.
- Routines follow your work hours: start of the day, every hour while you work, or whenever you choose
- Several conversations can run side by side
- It works with the tools you've connected to Claude Code, like your calendar, mail and docs
It gets to know how you like things done.
Knowledge is a set of notes about you, your people and your projects that every helper reads before it starts. Flagship can build it for you from the tools you've connected, and you can edit any of it.
Quick notes have a home too. Jot things down as they come; helpers search them when it matters and leave them be otherwise.
Helpful, and never pushy.
Handing things off only works if you can trust what happens next. Flagship is built so you always know.
It asks before it speaks for you
Reading and preparing are fine. Sending, posting, accepting or buying waits for your go-ahead. When in doubt, it drafts and shows you.
You can see everything it did
Activity records every change to your list, who made it and the conversation it came from.
Your list stays on your Mac
Tasks, notes and Knowledge live on your Mac. Notes are plain Markdown files you can open anywhere.
Updates never lose your data
Flagship backs up your list before each new version first runs, and updates arrive quietly in the background.
Free for your list. Pro when you want more hands.
The list, its helpers, the assistant and Knowledge are free. Pro lets every helper work at once, with 14 days to try it.

Questions
What do I need to use Flagship?
A Mac on macOS 26 or later, and Claude Code signed in to your Claude account. Flagship's helpers run on Claude Code, so they use your existing Claude plan.
Will it do things without asking me?
Reading and preparing are fine. Anything that leaves your Mac or speaks for you, like sending an email, posting, accepting an invite or buying something, waits for your go-ahead. When in doubt, it drafts and shows you first.
Where does my list live?
On your Mac. Your tasks, task notes, Knowledge and Notes are kept locally, and notes are plain Markdown files you can open in any editor. Flagship backs up your data before each update.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
You keep Flagship Free and nothing is deleted. One task's helper works at a time and one routine runs; the rest wait, untouched, until you upgrade again.
Rest easy. It's on the list.
Add a task. Its helper takes it from there.
Requires macOS 26 and Claude Code.
