Refund Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

In short: if Flotilla Pro isn't for you, ask within 14 days of a charge and you get all of it back. No questions asked.

14 days, no questions

You can get a full refund of any Flotilla Pro charge within 14 days of the date you were charged. That includes your first payment, a payment when a trial converts, and each monthly or yearly renewal. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Either of these works:

Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method. How soon it shows up depends on your bank or card provider.

What happens next

Once a charge is refunded, Pro ends and your account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted; anything past the free limits stays locked until you upgrade again.

Cancelling instead

If you just want to stop future charges, cancel in Flotilla under Settings › Plan. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

After 14 days

Charges older than 14 days aren't refundable, except where the law where you live says otherwise. If something went wrong, write to us anyway and we'll take a look.
