Mac Many agents in parallel, all in one place

Run a fleet of coding agents.

Flotilla is a native Mac app for running many AI coding agents at once. Each one gets its own checkout and its own pane, and the sidebar shows you who's working, who's done and who needs you.

Live status

Read the whole fleet in one glance.

Status comes straight from your agents' hooks, never from scraping the screen. One glyph tells you what each agent is doing and whether it's waiting on you.

Working

Busy, with the tool it's running right now.

Needs your approval to keep going.

Asked you a question or wants a plan approved.

✓

Finished its turn and handed the work back.

How it works

From idea to merged PR,
without losing track.

1 Start

A new agent is one keystroke away.

Press ⌘N, pick a project, describe the task. Flotilla names the session for you with Apple's on-device model, so you never invent another branch name.

⌘N
2 Isolate

Every agent gets its own checkout.

Agents work in their own git worktrees, drawn from a pool of ready slots. Ten agents can work in the same repo without stepping on each other's files.

Flotilla keeps them honest too: an agent that tries to make a second checkout gets stopped and pointed back to its own.

3 Arrange

Tile, drag, zoom. All from the keyboard.

Drop agents from the sidebar into the grid, split panes in any direction and zoom in on the one that matters. Smart Organize lays them all out evenly in one key.

⌥D⌥R⌥↩⌥S
4 Respond

Know the moment someone needs you.

Blocked agents light up in the sidebar and send a notification. Approve it once, or add an allowed rule so no agent asks about it again.

Walk away for lunch: Flotilla keeps your Mac awake while agents are working.

5 Ship

Review and merge without leaving the app.

Each agent's pull requests sit right next to its terminal, with CI checks and review state updating live. When it merges, delete the session and its checkout in one go.

Features

Everything around the agent.
Nothing in its way.

Flotilla doesn't replace your agent or your terminal. It's the cockpit around them: layout, status, checkouts, review and scheduling.

Agents outlive the app Pro

Quit, update or crash Flotilla and your agents keep running in the background. Open it again and every pane is right where you left it.

Bring your agent

Claude Code, Codex and Cursor run side by side in one sidebar. Pick a default per project, or per agent when you start it.

Review before you push Pro

The Changes tab shows the branch, its commits and the diff. Leave notes on any line and send them all to the agent at once.

Find anything

⌘O finds an agent by name, branch, PR or something it said. ⌘P and ⇧⌘F search the code.

Rendered by Ghostty

Terminals use Ghostty's GPU renderer and read your Ghostty config, so your fonts and theme already match. Need a shell? Every agent has its own terminal tab.

Agents that delegate

Agents get a flotilla command of their own. They can start helpers, message each other and schedule routines, all in view.

Command line

Agents can run the fleet too.

Every agent knows it's inside Flotilla. With the flotilla command it can see the other agents, hand off a side quest to a new one, message a teammate or set up a routine. You stay in charge, and you see all of it in the sidebar.

Keyboard first

Your hands never leave the keys.

Every action has a shortcut, and every shortcut is in the menu bar when you forget one.

Routines

Agents that show up on schedule.

Give a prompt a schedule in plain words, like "every 4h" or "weekdays 9:00". Each run is a normal agent you can open and watch, and it leaves a one-line summary in the history.

  • Asks before it acts. A run can stop and ask you to approve or pick an option. Your answer goes straight back to it.
  • One run at a time. Slow runs never pile up, and stuck ones are stopped at a timeout.
  • Cleans up after itself. A finished run removes its checkout, unless that would lose work.
